You can request deletion of your MamChef partner account and associated personal data at any time using one of the methods below. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, except for information we must retain to comply with legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations.
Option 1 — From inside the app
Open the MamChef Chef app → Profile → Profile Actions → Delete Account.
For security, the delete button is enabled only after you type accept in the confirmation step.
Option 2 — By email
Send an email to: info@mamchef.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Please include:
- Your registered email address
- Your business/chef name
What will be deleted
- Account profile and login credentials
- Personal contact information
- Device and session data
- Push notification tokens
What may be retained
Certain financial, tax and transaction records may be retained for up to 10 years to comply with legal and accounting obligations.
Processing time
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Once approved, the account is deactivated immediately and the remaining eligible personal data is erased from active systems within that period.
